The latest soundings indicate that the water depth in the channel into Beaverstone Bay from the Collins Inlet is 5' 6". Boats drawing more than that, or those desiring a comfortable margin, when coming to the wilderness rally should use the south entrance, from the Georgian Bay.

The April/May GLCC Member Survey results are in. Members were invited by the Communications and Website Committee to share their opinions on importance and the ease of use of several website features and tools. Final results are still being tabulated but the overall comments and suggestions provide a richness we want to acknowledge and share. Thanks all to those who participated in the survey and we look forward to hearing from more members in future surveys as well.
