Received the following from Cindy & Craig:
 
Detour Village Harbor Marina now has a CBP Kiosk located at the harbor. This has been long awaited and very easy to use.

Unfortunately for now, the kiosk is located in the harbor office so only available during business hours which are 8am to 8pm. Another option is installing the CBP Roam app on your phone. At that point, your smartphone becomes a kiosk of sorts.
